Evaluation Period: From the purchase date you have five days to review the program structure, module depth, and overall approach to determine whether it matches your current development needs. This window is for genuine assessment of fit — not for working through the content before requesting a return.
Usage and Eligibility: Once more than 30% of a program’s content has been accessed the course is considered in active use and refund eligibility closes at that point, regardless of completion status or time since purchase. Partial completion does not qualify for a partial refund.
